I can't log in!

Can’t log in? The first thing to check is if both the email and the password are written out using the same capitalization you used when you first signed up. Our login fields are case sensitive.

If you encounter delays in receiving the verification code, ensure that the email is registered to your account and allow a few minutes for delivery. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive promptly.

If you are trying to log in via the Amuse website and are facing issues, ensure you are entering the correct credentials, and consider resetting your password if necessary.

Ensure that your Amuse app is updated to the latest version as updates may resolve glitches. If the issue persists, consider trying to log in using the web version of Amuse as an alternative.

APPLE (SIWA)

If you signed up using Apple ID, always use Apple as the login option.

SIWA only works on the Amuse iOS app. If you'd like to log into your Amuse account on Android or web, please:

  1. Reset your password (this will create a new password for you)

  2. Log in with email and password

If you used Hide my Email, you will need to enter your private relay email to reset the password. Read more about it here.

FACEBOOK

If you signed up using Facebook, always use your Facebook as the login option. If you forgot your password, you have to ask Facebook to reset it.

GOOGLE

If you signed up using Google, always use Google as the login option. If you forgot your password, you have to ask Google to reset it.

EMAIL

If you signed up using your email, always use that same email when you log in. If you forgot your password, we can reset it for you. Just click 'forgot password'.

Ensure that the email address entered is correctly spelled and matches the one associated with your account.

Also, make sure that no email filters or blocking rules in your email account are preventing messages from [email protected]. Adding this address to your safe sender list may prevent future email delivery issues.

You can always add a password login to your account by requesting a password as well

Enter your email address. If you don't remember which email address you used when signing up, check your email archive for emails from [email protected]

If we have your email address on file we will send a reset link. The email is sent from [email protected] with the subject line: Reset your password. Make sure to check the spam folder if you can't find it. The link is only valid for 24 hours.

Note that after successfully creating a new password, it may take a few minutes for the new password to activate. If issues persist beyond this period, try resetting the password again.

Reopen the app and sign in with your email and new password.
