To keep your Amuse account secure, we’ve implemented two-factor authentication (2FA), ensuring that only the rightful account owner can log in.

When 2FA is triggered

You’ll get a verification code from [email protected] when:

  • Signing up for a new account

  • When logging in to your account

Not Receiving Your 2FA Code?

  • Wait a couple of minutes – emails may take a moment to arrive

  • Look in your Spam or Junk folder – the email might have been filtered

  • Make space in your inbox – a full inbox may prevent new emails from arriving

  • Resend the code – use the 'Resend code' option

  • Still no code? Contact us for help
