Welcome to Amuse!

To register on Amuse, head over to this page. There, you will be able to register via three different methods:

  • Email

  • Apple

  • Google

Remember, you’ll need to use the same method to log in that you used when signing up.

Log in to Amuse

To access the login page, click on this link. Make sure to log in using the same method you used to register on Amuse.

After entering your login details, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code as part of our Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process. The code will be sent to your email.

Login Issues

Email

Our login fields are case sensitive, so make sure to enter your email and password exactly as you did when signing up.

If you don’t remember which email address you used to register your Amuse account, check your different email archives for messages from [email protected].

Apple

If you signed up using your Apple Account, be sure to select Sign in with Apple (SIWA) as your login method each time.

If you used Hide My Email, you’ll need to enter your private relay email address when resetting your password. You can read more about this here.

If you signed up using Apple but would now like to use your email as the login method instead, follow these steps:

  • Reset your password using the email address linked to the Apple Account you signed up with.

  • Log in using your email address and the new password.

Google

If you signed up using Google, always use that platform as your login option. If you’ve forgotten your password for that account, you’ll need to reset it through that platform.

Alternatively, if you’d like to switch to a regular email and password login, follow these steps:

  • Reset your password using the email address linked to the account you signed up with.

  • Log in using your email address and the new password.

Facebook

If you originally signed up using Facebook, you'd need to switch to email and password login. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Reset your password using the email address linked to the account you signed up with.

  • Log in using your email address and the new password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You should usually receive the 2FA code in your email within a minute, but there can sometimes be slight delays (usually only a couple of minutes). If more than five minutes have passed, you can click on Resend code.

If you still can't see it in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

We also recommend adding [email protected] to your email whitelist to ensure the email reaches your inbox.

Captcha

If you are connected to a VPN, please disconnect from it, clear your cache and cookies, and try again.

Other

If you make too many unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be temporarily blocked for about an hour. To work around this, try switching networks (for example, from Wi-Fi to mobile data). If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please wait an hour before trying to log in again.

If you encounter other difficulties logging in through the mobile app, make sure your Amuse app is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix glitches. If the problem persists, try logging in via the web version of Amuse as an alternative.

Reset password

If you’ve forgotten your Amuse password, you can request a reset link to be sent to the email address you used when signing up. On the mobile app, go to the sign-in page and tap Forgot password. If you’re using the web version, click on this link.

Follow the instructions, and if we have your email address on file, you’ll receive an email to reset your password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. The link is only valid for 24 hours.

Keep in mind that it may take a few minutes for your new password to take effect after you’ve updated it.
