How to change your transfer method

Add a new transfer method, edit your existing one or change currency.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you don't have a Business account*, you can change the transfer method to receive your royalty payments. If you registered as a bank account, only bank transfers are available.

It’s simple to add a new transfer method (PayPal, bank account, or wire transfer) or edit your existing one. Please note that you’ll need to do this through the Web version, since it’s not available from the app.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Web version of your Amuse account (ideally from a computer)

  2. Go to your “Wallet”

  3. Select the “Transfer method” tab

  4. Click the “New method” button

  5. Choose your currency and select “I understand, proceed to next step”

  6. Fill in the requested information for your new transfer method

How do I change my currency?

To change to a different currency, simply follow the above steps to add a new transfer method with that currency.

Keep in mind that the currency options in each country are set by our payment processor, and we are unable to change this. The ones you see are the ones available for your country.

How do I edit my transfer method?

If you already have a transfer method added under that currency and you want to change it, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the transfer method

  2. Choose "Edit"

  3. Update the correct bank info

  4. Click "Submit"

Note that incorrect details will lead to failed transfers, and a return fee will be deducted by the bank. To avoid paying return fees, please make sure that:

  • The name on your bank account matches the name on your Amuse account

  • IBAN is accurate and correctly formatted

  • Any other account details are correctly filled in

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner while logged into your Amuse account. We’re always happy to help!

*Business accounts are only available for tax-registered companies in the US, UK, and Sweden. Read more here.
