Amuse Wallet

Set up your Wallet to withdraw your royalties.

We have made royalty withdrawals easy with Amuse Wallet, our payment solution partnering with Hyperwallet to facilitate payouts.

To be able to set up your Wallet, you need to be receiving royalties or a splits invite.

Setting up a payout profile

1. Log in to your Amuse account and head over to the Wallet tab. Then click on the Set Up Account button. 

On the mobile app, iOS users should click on the '$' icon at the top left corner. Android users should click on the '$' icon on the top right.

2. Depending on your country of residency, you will be prompted to either choose to register an Individual Account or a Business account. If you wish to register your wallet as a business account, please continue to this article here.

3. If you proceed with an individual wallet, you will be asked to fill out your Payout Profile details. This includes your Personal Details and Address.

Ensure all information is accurate and that the name on your Amuse account matches the name of the bank account you will register. Incorrect details may lead to withdrawal failure.


4. The next step is to set up your Transfer method. First, you will be prompted to select the currency in which you wish to receive the payment. 

Depending on which currency you select, different transfer methods will be available. Select the desired one and fill out the corresponding details.


5. You're all set! 

Withdraw

To withdraw your royalties, head over to your Wallet tab and click on Balance.

There, click on the Withdraw button.

We recommend waiting until your balance reaches $10 before withdrawing. This helps reduce the impact of processing fees compared to the amount you receive.

Partial withdrawals are not allowed, so when you click withdraw, your entire balance will be transferred.

Transfer method and currencies

We offer different transfer method options:

  • Bank or Wire transfer

  • PayPal

Note: which transfer methods are available depends on the country and currency, and are provided by Hyperwallet, the payment processor we work with. If a method doesn’t show as available, it is not possible to add it.

Fees, limits, and processing times

Depending on your chosen transfer method, the following may apply:

  • Transfer fees

  • Minimum limit for withdrawals

  • Processing times

These are controlled by Hyperwallet and cannot be changed by Amuse.

Extra information & Best practices

  • Returned payments will be credited back to your Wallet after transfer and return fees from the financial institutions are deducted.

  • Check that your transfer method details are accurate before making a withdrawal.
