What is it?

Our new service, allowing amuse to pay out royalties we know are guaranteed to you. We'll offer you the option to withdraw royalties much earlier, for a small fee. Think of it as giving yourself a little advance.

How does it work?

Once we're sure of the exact royalties you're due, we're able to provide you with an individually tailored offer to withdraw the money today.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No, if you're eligible for an Early Access offer, you'll be notified in the app. You can choose whether you want to accept it - it's in your control.

Is this different to Fast Forward?

There are some similarities - both Fast Forward and Early Access allow you to withdraw future royalties today, and there's a small fee on both services. The main difference is that Early Access is based on royalties already reported to amuse, and Fast Forward focuses more on recent or predicted streaming data.

By focusing on reported royalties, Early Access provides access to money sooner for more amuse artists.

Do I have to pay the money back?

No. Once we receive the royalties, they'll automatically recoup against your advance. You'll be able to track this in your Wallet.

Why do I have to pay a fee, and how is it calculated?

Enabling you to withdraw royalties before we've received them from stores means amuse takes on some risk. Charging a small fee covers that risk. It's calculated slightly differently each time, and is unique to each offer. We take a few things in to account, including the amount you're owed, and the time period over which we've collected those royalties.

Does it affect my rights in any way?

Nope! Your releases, and all other amuse processes, aren't affected if you choose to accept an Early Access offer.

What happens after I accept an offer?

The offer, along with any existing wallet balance, will be transferred via your chosen payment method. It works in exactly the same way as withdrawing your existing royalties. From here on out, the amuse apps will track your recoupment automatically, so you don’t need to do anything. Just head to your amuse Wallet to see your progress!
