Why is my release missing from some stores or streaming platforms?
If your music is missing in a store but is already out on others, it is most likely still being processed in that store.
If it’s been a while, we’d be happy to check on your release. Just submit a request and select "Issues with my release > My release is missing in some stores/territories". Please include the Release ID (5 or 6 digits visible in the Amuse app or web uploader under the release).
If your release has been approved, the release date has passed, and your release is missing from all stores: If you didn’t receive an email from us regarding the reviewing process of your release, or if your release date has passed and your release is not live in stores, there may be a problem with your release. Contact us on "Issues with my release > My release date has passed but my release isn't live yet" and we’ll help out.
