Why is my release missing from some stores or streaming platforms?

If your music is missing in a store but is already out on others, it is most likely still being processed in that store.

If it’s been a while, we’d be happy to check on your release. Please contact us by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right corner. You'll find it on our Helpcenter or any page when you're logged in to your Amuse account.

Or if you didn’t receive an email from us regarding the reviewing process of your release, there may be a problem with your release. Contact us as well following the directions above.
