Meta’s automatic adjustments can override some of the targeting settings you’ve chosen for your campaign. To prevent this:
Open Account Overview in Meta Ads Manager.
Make sure you’ve selected the same ad account you’re using with Amuse.
Click Set up/Edit automatic adjustments.
Make sure Automatic adjustments is turned off.
