Amuse is dedicated to preventing copyright infringement on our platform through a robust and innovative review system. However, if you believe someone has uploaded content through our service that infringes on your rights, you can submit a copyright infringement claim, and we’ll address it.
To file a copyright infringement claim, you must be either the copyright owner or have the owner's authorization to act on their behalf. You cannot file a claim for content that doesn’t belong to you.
Additionally, if the content was uploaded by a service other than Amuse, we are unable to assist. In this case, you’ll need to request takedowns in each store; you’ll find how to do it here.
You can submit a copyright infringement claim in the following way:
Click on the support bubble in the lower right corner of this page:
Once on the support bubble, click on Send us a message:
Click on Someone uploaded my content without my permission:
You’ll be redirected to a questionnaire, followed by a form that will ask you for details on your content, as well as the alleged infringing content you are reporting. Once you have completed all the required information and submitted it, we’ll get back to you shortly.
Typically, we contact the user and give them three days to contest the claim. If no proof is provided, we remove the content.
If legitimate proof of ownership is provided, we let the parties resolve the conflict independently.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our support team.
