If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed and distributed by a service other than Amuse, you can directly request takedowns from the digital stores using the links below:

If you are submitting a copyright infringement notice via email, you should provide the following information:

1. Your Information:

  • First and last name

  • Individual/Company/brand that owns the work

  • Mailing Address

  • E-mail

  • A link to the original product or proof of ownership

2. Information about the Copyright Infringement:

  • Specify what is being infringed: Sound Recording / Artwork / Trademark?

  • Link to the infringing content and/or proof showing the infringement on the specific platform

  • A brief explanation of the infringement.

3. Statements:

  • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

  • "I hereby state that the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
