Curated stores
Updated over 3 months ago

While platforms like Spotify and Apple Music are open to all, Amuse gives you the chance to take your music one step further by submitting it to three curated platforms: Deezer, Snapchat, and Pandora. Keep in mind that although we send your music to these stores, inclusion is not guaranteed, as each platform applies its own selection criteria.

Deezer

Once an open platform, Deezer now follows a curated model to prioritize music that adds value to its listeners. As Jeronimo Folgueira, Deezer’s CEO, puts it, “The intention is to declutter the platform, focus on tracks that are valuable to our users, and increase the market share for all artists who create this music.”

Music that doesn’t meet Deezer’s criteria may be removed, including:

  • Tracks with no plays in the past 12 months.

  • Generic or repetitive content, such as mono-track albums or tracks from inauthentic artists.

To stay on Deezer, focus on creating engaging, authentic music that connects with listeners.

Snapchat

Submitting your music via 7Digital automatically puts it in front of Snapchat’s curators. If selected, your track could become available for Snapchat users to feature in their content, with up to 60 seconds of audio and the corresponding artwork.

Key details about Snapchat’s curation process:

  • You must be a member of a U.S. Performance Rights Organization (PRO) to be eligible.

  • Snapchat ultimately decides which tracks make the cut, so while you can submit, placement isn’t a given.

Pandora

Pandora operates as a fully curated platform, meaning its editorial team handpicks music for release. While we submit your music to Pandora, there’s no assurance it will go live. Please also note that Pandora is available only in the U.S.

Increase your chances of being selected by submitting your music directly through Pandora's artist portal.
