Keep better track of your earnings with our latest feature: Downloadable Statements. You can now download all your royalty statements straight from the web app in the Money tab.

How does it work?

1. Go to your Wallet in the web version of Amuse. Please note that this feature is only available on the web version.
2. Select the button called “Financial Statements” and choose which time period you would like to receive the statement for.
3. Submit the request and you will get an email with a link to download the statement in Excel (.xlsx) format. The link will expire after 24 hours.

Statements include columns on:

  • Transaction date
This is the date the royalties were made available to you

  • Type
This references whether your account was either credited (incoming royalties were paid to your account) or debited (withdrawn by you)

  • Source
    Explains the “Type” source

  • Royalty Date
Date of the stream / download / view

  • Service

  • UPC

  • ISRC

  • Artist

  • Release

  • Track

  • Quantity
Number of streams / downloads / views in this transaction

  • Amount
Value of the transaction before any splits

  • Split
    Percentage you have earned

  • Total
Value of the transaction after any splits

The dates you pick when you download the statement reflect the royalty date (when the royalties were earned, not when they were paid out). Remember that it takes 2-6 months to receive royalties. So for example, if you want to download a statement for royalties you received and withdrew in December, you'd have to pick October or earlier (2 months before) to see those royalties on your statement.
