If you have gotten the message that your email cannot be verified it is most likely because you have already verified the email. In that case, you just need to pull and refresh the app to update your profile to see that it is verified. In some cases, you need to sign out and back in.
If you can't find the verification email in the first place, make sure to search through all your inboxes for emails from email@example.com
