Troubleshoot the mobile app

A quick troubleshooting guide for when you encounter issues with the Amuse mobile app.

If you encounter any performance issues, loading errors, or crashes, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your phone and the app are updated to the latest version

  2. Refresh the page (pull down to refresh or close and reopen the app)

  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

  4. Restart your phone

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and share the following information:

  • The error message you are receiving

  • What you were doing when the issue occurred

  • Whether the issue is recurring or only happens occasionally

  • A screenshot and/or screen recording

  • The app version and phone OS version you are using (e.g., Android 15 or iOS 18.6.2)

To contact us, log in to your Amuse account, click the messenger box at the bottom right, and send us a message with the above.
