To keep your Amuse account secure, we’ve implemented two-factor authentication (2FA). This ensures that only the rightful account owner can log in.
When You'll Receive a 2FA Code
You’ll get a verification code from [email protected] when:
- Signing up for a new account. 
- Logging into the Amuse app with an existing account. 
How 2FA Works
- Enter your email address. 
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. 
- Enter the code in the app to verify your email. 
- Each time you log out and log back in, a new code will be required. 
Didn’t Receive Your Code? Try This:
- Wait a few minutes – emails may take a moment to arrive. 
- Check the correct email inbox – ensure you're looking at the right account. 
- Look in your Spam or Junk folder – the email might have been filtered. 
- Make space in your inbox – a full inbox may prevent new emails from arriving. 
- Resend the code – use the resend option. 
- Still no code? Contact us for help. 
Need to Change Your Email?
If you need to update your registered email:
- Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the Help Center or any page when logged into your Amuse account. 
- Our Support team will verify your identity and assist with updating your email. 
⚠️ Note: If Amuse isn't available in your country, you may not receive a verification email. Contact us with your location details, and we’ll assist you further.
