What will happen to my existing Pro/Boost subscription?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We have upgraded our subscription plans to include new features and better cater to our users' needs. You should check out the new tiers and see what's included here.

The new plans also mean that we no longer offer Pro and Boost to new users, and certain limitations have been implemented for anyone still on the old subscriptions. Here are all the details:

What does this mean for existing Pro subscribers?

For now, we will continue to support our existing Pro subscribers as before. You will be able to keep all existing artists connected to your Amuse account; however, you will no longer be able to add new artists to your roster.

Note: Any new features we introduce will be exclusive to our new tiers.

If you wish to switch to one of our new tiers, you will need to cancel your existing subscription, wait for it to expire, and then sign up for one of the new tiers. You can read more about them here.

What does this mean for existing Boost subscribers?

Just like with Pro, we will continue to support our existing Boost subscribers as before. You will be able to keep all existing artists connected to your Amuse account; however, you will no longer be able to add new artists to your roster. A slight increase of $3 USD will also be applied to your yearly cost to align with our new tiers.

Note: Any new features we introduce will be exclusive to our new tiers.

If you wish to upgrade to our Professional plan, you can easily do so by logging into your Amuse account, heading to the “Subscriptions” page, and choosing the Professional plan. You will only be charged the difference between the two plans. Just make sure you upgrade using the same payment method you originally signed up with.

If you wish to downgrade to one of our less expensive plans, you will need to cancel your existing subscription, wait for it to expire, and then sign up for the new tier. You can read more about them here.
