If you get an API-error, it is caused by an issue when trying to connect to our servers. We are currently working on updates that will solve all eventual errors that may occur for some users, but here are a few tips and tricks to solve it in the meantime: Genre and case sensitive email address. If you feel like this might be the cause of the API error, please try and upload or log in again.
The current genres shown in the app are not all available in the stores. To not get an error related to the genre, please choose one of the main genres and/or one of their sub-genres. Here are the currently available main genres (the sub-genres found under them are also fine to choose) :
Case sensitive Login details (email address)
If you're unable to sign in, make sure to check so that your login details are entered just like they were when the account was created. For example: if the first letter of your email was entered as a capital letter when you first created your account, try with a capital letter when logging in as well. The case sensitivity has been changed in an upcoming app version.
