The streams in the app are not used for Royalties! So that is good news - if you're missing streams, you are not missing potential earnings.
That said, it is, of course, frustrating when the numbers don't add up. Sometimes we don't receive the data from the stores and there is not much we can do about it. We will, however, add the streams as soon as we get them if we are notified by the stores that they have made an update.
And again, it will not affect the royalties, it is just the statistics' delivery from the stores that are lagging. If there are dates that seem to be missing for a long time and it's important for you to see the number in the app (remember that it has nothing to do with royalties!) please contact email@example.com with the dates and we might be able to help you.
