If your music is missing in a store but is already out on others, it is most likely still being processed in that store.
Unfortunately, the process to make your work available in their listening service is in the hands of the stores themselves. In some cases, they need additional information to complete the release and if they do, we will get back to you.
We'd be happy to check on your release. Please, send us a message with the Release ID number using the request form Request form: Missing in Stores. The Release ID number can be found in the app (5 or 6 numbers).
