We usually receive payments from the music stores 2-3 months after the streams happen The amount of royalties you’ve earned is shown in the Money tab and marked as a dollar sign in the app. When you have earned more than $10, you can withdraw it via Hyperwallet.
To get the balance, go to the Music tab marked as a dollar sign in the app and pull down to refresh.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PAYMENTS?
The stores do payouts between 2 and 6 months after the month your music is streamed or downloaded. For example:
A Spotify stream in February shows in April. A June download in iTunes shows in August.
We process the payments at the end of the month, and once you request it you get the money shortly after.
WHICH PAYMENT SERVICES DO YOU SUPPORT?
We work with the payment processor Hyperwallet -a global payment solution offering fast, cheap and secure royalty transfers. Depending on the country and the currency, you will have different payment methods to choose from, such as Paypal and bank account.
WHAT CAN I SEE IN THE APP?
Under the Money tab marked as a dollar sign, you will see:
- Your Balance and when the balance was updated, which is the total royalty amount you’ve earned so far.
- Under Transaction History further down, you will see the payouts from the different stores. The month shows when the streams happened, not when the payment was done.
All of the global music stores have different payment processes - the only consistent part of the process is that the day we receive the money it will be shown in the app and you can request the payment via Hyperwallet when you’ve earned $10 or more.
In the meantime, you get the best possible service from Amuse as we will instantly show any money received in the Money tab. In the app, you can see which stores the payments come from, and from which time period.
