When you transfer your music to Amuse from another aggregator and you want to keep the streams and artist profile, there are a couple of things to think of to get it right.
First, the artist name, the track title, the track length, and the ISRC code MUST be the same.
Second, make sure to add the ISRC codes in the app when uploading the track(s) in the Amuse app so we will release the tracks with the right codes and not our own. If you feel the need to add the original release date (Year-Month-Day), you need to contact support at email@example.com.
Third, check the release in the stores when it is live. You can verify that the Amuse release and the previous release have the same stream count.
Fourth, you contact the previous aggregator and ask them to take their release down.
That the music is out from both sources for this time simplifies the transition and potential mistakes can be corrected.
If these steps are followed, the streams will stay with the tracks and the tracks stay on the artist profile and the tracks will be exchanged to the Amuse tracks in all playlists. And we will be right by your side this whole process.
