When you do an upload, try and have the feeling when you press submit that you are actually sending it directly to the stores. That is how happy and pleased we would like you to be when uploading your work!
But we understand that things happen and you might want to make change, fix a mistake in the text or maybe even delete the whole upload.
The only thing we can't usually fix is audio files with audio trouble you need to do another upload. But adding a featured artist, adding a ISRC code, correct a mistake in the artwork - that we can do. We can even change artist names.
You cannot do any changes in the app yourself but you can easily email support (email@example.com) and we can usually help you out.
If your music hasn't been sent to the stores yet, we can help you with:
- Changes in the text in the release; a misspelled title? a forgotten featured artist? Email support with the corrections. Please be clear as to what you want to change.
- Changes in the artwork? Do a new upload in the app.
- Changes in the audio file? This we cannot do - you need to make another upload using the app.
- Change artist name? This is a somewhat more tricky. Read about changing artist name here.
Do your wish to delete something because you're not happy with how it turned out? Email support and ask us to delete it. You can delete your track(s) and remove it from the stores whenever you need to.
