When you do an upload, make sure you feel like your final result is ready for the stores. That is how happy and pleased we would like you to be when uploading your work!
But we understand that things happen and you might want to make changes, fix a mistake in the text or maybe even delete the whole upload.
The only thing we usually can't fix is audio files, then you'll need to do another upload. But adding a featured artist, adding an ISRC code, or correcting a mistake in the artwork - that we can do. We can even change artist names.
If your music hasn't been sent to the stores yet, we can help you with:
- Changes in the text in the release; a misspelled title? A forgotten featured artist? Email support with the corrections. Please be clear as to what you want to change and in what release.
- Changes in the artwork? YES! With the new app version, you can actually change your own artwork in the app as long as we haven't sent it to stores. Then support needs to cancel the first release and you need to do a new and complete upload in the app with the new artwork.
- Changes in the audio file? Delete it in the app and then do a new upload in the app. If it has been delivered to stores, the release needs to be cancelled or taken down.
- Change artist name? This is somewhat trickier. Read about changing artist name here.
Do you wish to delete something because you're not happy with how it turned out? You can deleted it if it still in review. If it is delivered to stores, email support and ask us to delete it.
You can delete your track(s) and remove it from the stores whenever you need to.
Please make sure to always contact us with the same email address used for your Amuse account. That way we know which user we are interacting with from the start.
